Frequently Asked Questions

We will continue to update this section for Keet Health and FOTO clients with answers to commonly asked questions about the Limber platform, the migration, timeline and process.

What is happening with FOTO Analytics and Keet Health?

Net Health is unifying its outcomes portfolio under the Limber platform. The FOTO Analytics and Keet Health applications will reach end-of-life by December 31, 2026. All clients will be migrated to Limber.

Why is this transition happening?

Within the past year, Net Health acquired both Limber and Keet Health to bring together the best of outcomes measurement, RTM, and patient engagement. Consolidating this functionality into the Limber application allows us to deliver faster innovation, stronger integrations, and a better experience in one place.

Keet was just acquired by Net Health in January. Why is the sunset already being announced?

After evaluating Keet, FOTO, and Limber side by side, Net Health determined that Limber offers the most comprehensive and future-ready solution, bringing outcomes measurement, Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM), home exercise programs, and MIPS reporting together in one integrated platform. Maintaining three separate platforms built to address similar clinical and operational needs would spread investment thin and slow innovation. By consolidating onto Limber, we can focus resources on advancing a single modern platform, accelerating product development, strengthening the provider experience, and delivering greater value to clinics and patients.

What is Limber Health?

Limber is the industry-leading  platform for outcomes measurement, RTM, digital home exercise programs, and MIPS reporting. It combines a wide array of validated outcomes surveys with modern workflows, patient engagement tools, and broad EMR integrations.
