Julia Becker

Julia Becker is a clinical strategist with more than a decade of experience in the rehabilitation space, specializing in patient-reported outcomes (PROs) and digital health. She has worked closely with physical therapists across diverse care settings to implement PRO tools from multiple vendors, with a focus on improving data quality while reducing the burden for both patients and providers.

Julia has played a key role in shaping national quality measurement strategies, including the development, refinement and harmonization of PRO measure sets for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Service’s Merit based Incentive Payment System program. Her work bridges clinical practice and policy, helping providers navigate regulatory requirements while staying focused on patient care.

Currently, Julia serves as Director of Outcomes Strategy at Limber Health, a Net Health company. In this role, she leads the Advancing Musculoskeletal Care and Rehabilitation Qualified Clinical Data Registry, supporting practices in measuring performance, improving outcomes and leveraging data to drive value-based care in musculoskeletal health.
